Diving is much more than a certificate that allows you to dive independently. For our warriors, it is an inner journey, that is both physical and mental. The process does not end at the end of the course - they are tools for life.

The instructor is not just a technical teacher. He leads and guides the warrior through a journey that strengthens his connection with himself and his environment. In the depths of the water, the warrior finds a peace that allows him to go deeper into his soul, neutralize fears and face challenges in a way he never knew before.

The "Breathing in the Water" program gives these warriors this inner peace gradually, when the entry into the water world is done in an adapted, pleasant and supportive way, throughout the course. The professional guides, together with the water itself, create for the fighters an environment that protects and heals. Through precise practices, they learn how to let go, breathe, be in control and reach levels of calm they have never experienced before.

The course is not just a personal experience - it provides our fighters with essential tools to deal with the difficult daily reality. Those fighters who have been exposed to difficult sights and feelings since 10/7/2023, find a place to heal the soul and rebuild self-confidence, the ability to make decisions in real time, and faith in themselves and their friends.

One of the main tools acquired in the course is the "relaxation toolbox" - simple, but powerful tools for conscious breathing and inner control. The very use of breathing, stopping and releasing it, gives the fighters inner balance and high levels of calmness, alongside a renewed observation of themselves and the environment.

At the end of the program, the warriors will not only receive a 1st Open Water Star diver certificate from PADI - they will also receive tools that will help them better deal with everyday challenges. 

The course, which takes place in Eilat and lasts five days, includes everything: theory lessons, protected and open water dives, full diving equipment, small groups, accommodation, meals and transportation from the center.
