Tal

Tal is a 28 year old staff sergeant from Ramat Gan. He served in the elite Duvdevan unit. In 2001, Tal was on a military operation in Nablus to arrest a wanted terrorist when he fell and ruptured several discs in his back. After the injury, Tal began studying towards his Bachelor’s degree but had to stop due to financial difficulties. In February 2009, the Dror Foundation distributed $2,500 to Tal so that he could complete his studies. Tal still suffers from many back and other related complications from the injury. In late 2010, Tal received $3,650 to allow Tal to complete his injury’s recognition process.
